Bennetts guarantee to supply the correct textbook for your course.

Bennetts' Returns Policy
All Bennetts' goods are sold on a firm sale basis. We adhere to the Fair Trading Act and the Consumer Guarantees Act, and in addition limited textbook returns are permitted under the following conditions:

• the original till docket is presented
• the books are unused and in mint condition
• there is a genuine reason for return, eg: change of course or withdrawal from course, supported by documentation from the University or Polytechnic
• The return is within 7 days of purchase

Faulty Copies Policy
If a book is faulty, we will happily exchange it.

Bennetts' Terms and Conditions of Purchase

1. Supply of goods is on a firm sale basis.
2. Any return of goods is subject to Bennetts' Returns Policy.
3. A shipping and handling fee is charged on all orders.
4. Payment terms are credit card ($NZ) only. 
5. Dispatch of orders are subject to stock availability, you will be advised if a product is unavailable.
6. Within New Zealand delivery time will include two days processing and:
   1. For courier two days delivery time to urban areas
   2. and five days delivery time to rural areas
   3. A street address will be required for courier delivery.
7. Delivery of overseas orders require a street address and contact phone number
8. All prices include GST and prices may be subject to change without notice.
9. You are subject to the customs regulations of your country.

   Bennetts accepts the following credit cards: Amex, Diners, Mastercard, Visa.
   All online credit card transactions are secured with SSL encryption and no credit card details are transmitted via e-mail to the Bennetts office.

   In terms of the Privacy Act 1993, Bennetts will only use the personal information provided by you for the purposes of fulfilling your order or other special services requested by you.
